Carter was a gentle, unassuming man who spent his life being a ‘jack of all trades”. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed his help. His family and his loved ones were the light of his life and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
"A great soul serves everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again.”
– Maya Angelou
