Obituary of Pauline Ryan

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Pauline Ryan announces her peaceful passing on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre at the age of 66, with her loving family by her side. Born in Port aux Basques, she was the daughter of the late John William and Beulah (Baggs) Walters. With loving and precious memories Pauline leaves behind her loving husband of 43 years, Eddy, her son, Tim Ryan and her pride and joy, her granddaughter, Danica and grandson, Dion. Pauline will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters, Wayne (Alfreda) Walters, George (Mary Lynn) Walters, Gussie Anderson, Eric Walters, Wilson (Helena) Walters, Kenny Roy (Karen) Walters, Donovan (Carol) Walters, and Lisa (Bobby) Bird, brothers and sisters-in-laws, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her sisters Ellen (Gary) Harvey, Linda Walters, and brother, Robert Walters. In keeping with Pauline’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, November 12th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques. Flowers accepted or donation in Pauline’s memory can be made graciously to the family. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Oceanside Funeral Home.
